Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once booked through our online booking system or directly with Clarendon Health.

Please ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate, including your name, contact details and any relevant medical information.

Fees and Payment

Fees may vary depending on the appointment type, treatment required or clinician seen.

Any additional costs will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to £50.

Where possible, we will try to reallocate the appointment. Any cancellation charge will be applied fairly and reasonably, taking into account the notice given and any costs already incurred.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

The full appointment fee may still apply.

Clinical Suitability

Some appointments or treatments may not be suitable for every patient.

A clinician or practitioner may advise that an appointment or treatment should not proceed if it is not clinically appropriate or safe. If this happens, we will explain the reason and discuss any suitable alternatives where possible.

Medical Information

Please provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, medications, allergies and any relevant health concerns.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect whether we can safely provide your appointment or treatment.

Children and Young People

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Clinic Cancellations

Occasionally, Clarendon Health may need to cancel or rearrange an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or refund where appropriate.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

Your personal and medical information will be handled confidentially and in line with data protection legislation.

Emergency Care

Clarendon Health is not an emergency service.

If you require urgent medical help, please call 999 or attend your nearest Emergency Department.
