What is Perimenopause?
Perimenopause refers to the time of your life when your body is making the transition to the menopause. This can begin at different ages for different women, most start noticing signs such as irregular periods between mid 30s and mid 40s. During Perimenopause, your menstruation cycles may be longer or shorter than usual and you may start experiencing menstrual cycles without ovulation. What is Post-Menopause?
Post-menopause occurs once your menstruation cycle has ceased for over a year, technically you’ve made it through the menopause but it’s possible that you’re still experiencing some symptoms.
