Neetu Aggarwal ITEC Level 3 Holistic Therapist

Neetu Aggarwal is an ITEC Level 3 qualified holistic therapist with a passion for helping clients feel relaxed, balanced and cared for. She offers a calm and nurturing environment where each treatment is tailored to the individual, allowing time to unwind, restore and focus on overall wellbeing.

With a special interest in women’s wellbeing, stress management, relaxation and self-care, Neetu takes a gentle and holistic approach to every treatment she provides.

Neetu has completed ITEC Level 3 training in Anatomy and Physiology, giving her a strong understanding of the body and supporting her work as a holistic therapist. She is also ITEC Level 3 qualified in Reflexology, a non-invasive therapy based on the theory that specific points on the feet, hands and face correspond with different systems of the body. Reflexology treatments are designed to encourage relaxation, reduce stress and promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.

Alongside reflexology, Neetu is qualified in Indian Head Massage Therapy and Chakra Balancing. Indian Head Massage uses traditional techniques focused on the head, scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back to help ease tension and encourage relaxation. Chakra Balancing is a holistic practice aimed at supporting emotional, mental and physical harmony.

Neetu also offers Natural Lift Facial Massage, a soothing holistic facial treatment that helps clients feel relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. Based in Poole, Neetu lives with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising and cooking a range of different foods.
